Patience & Paw was created from the belief that cats deserve care that honors their individuality, emotional sensitivity, and need for consistency.

Too often, feline care is approached as a checklist: feed the cat, scoop the litter, leave. But cats experience the world deeply through routine, energy, environment, and trust. Even subtle disruptions can affect their comfort, behavior, and overall well-being.

At Patience & Paw, care is intentionally slower, calmer, and more attentive.

Each visit is designed to support not only your cat’s physical needs, but also their emotional regulation and sense of safety while you’re away. Whether caring for a shy cat who needs quiet companionship, an energetic cat who thrives on enrichment, or a senior cat requiring extra attentiveness, every interaction is guided by patience, observation, and respect for the cat in front of me.

A Boutique, Owner-Led Approach

Patience & Paw is a fully owner-operated feline care service based in Queens, New York, serving select NYC neighborhoods including Sunnyside, Woodside, Long Island City, Astoria, and beyond.

By intentionally maintaining a limited client roster, I’m able to provide highly personalized care and build genuine familiarity with each cat’s routines, preferences, behaviors, and personality over time.

This is not high-volume pet sitting.

It is thoughtful, relationship-based care centered around trust, consistency, and meaningful presence.

Why In-Home Care Matters

Cats are deeply connected to their environment. Remaining at home allows them to maintain familiar scents, routines, feeding schedules, sleeping spaces, and territory — all of which help reduce stress during an owner’s absence.

Rather than removing cats from the comfort of their home environment, Patience & Paw focuses on creating calm continuity within it.
