A calm, in-home introduction to ensure the right fit for your cat and your space.

This visit allows us to:
• review your cat’s routine and preferences
• observe temperament and comfort levels
• go over feeding, litter, and any care details
• discuss access, scheduling, and expectations
• begin building trust before your travel

Meet & Greets are required for all new clients and do not guarantee a booking.

Essential Visit

45 minutes

Ideal for independent cats with simple, established routines.

Each visit includes:
• Feeding + fresh water
• Routine litter scooping
• Wellness check
• Photo / text update

Signature Visit

75 minutes

Ideal for cats who benefit from more engagement or attentive care.

Includes everything in the Essential Visit plus:
• play and mindful enrichment • brushing (if tolerated) • medication support (if needed) • extended companionship

Private Client Care

2+ hours
An elevated, high-touch experience for cats who benefit from more time, attention, and companionship.

Ideal for:
• Senior cats needing gentle support
• Anxious or shy cats who need time to settle
• Multi-cat households
• Cats who thrive with extended companionship

Each visit is unhurried and thoughtfully tailored to your cat’s routine, temperament, and individual needs.

Also includes thoughtful home care:
• Plant watering
• Mail + package retrieval
• Light tidying of pet areas
• Maintaining a cared-for, lived-in home while you’re away

Additional Care + Fees

Some care routines, homes, and booking periods require additional time or services.
Applicable fees are confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Additional Cats
+$5 per visit for households with 2+ cats

Basic Medication Support
+$5 per cat, per visit
Medication mixed into food only.

Walk-Up Buildings
+$5 per visit for 3rd-floor and higher walk-ups

Full Litter Box Reset
+$15 per box
Complete emptying and replacement of litter. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Litter-Robot Deep Clean
Starting at $50
For cleaning requiring emptying, disassembly, washing of appropriate components, drying, reassembly and reset.
Final pricing may vary based on condition.

Key Pickup / Return
$15
Applies when a separate trip is required to collect or return keys outside of the Meet & Greet or scheduled care visits.

Holiday Care
+$5 per visit during designated holiday periods:
Easter weekend · Memorial Day weekend · Independence Day · Labor Day weekend · Thanksgiving Thursday–Sunday · December 24–January 2
